Can I reschedule my ticket to another day or time?
Yes, you can reschedule your ticket to another day if you have not yet received the original ticket or if it is more than 24 hours before your ticket's scheduled time. If you have already received your ticket and it is less than 24 hours before your original ticket's scheduled time, please contact us via email. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
