My payment attempts have been rejected multiple times. What should I do?
First, please check that you have enough funds in your account. If you are paying by credit card, verify that your card details are entered correctly, especially the CVC number and expiration date. Ensure you know your 3-D Secure password, as 3-D Secure provides an additional layer of security for online payments. Incorrect 3-D Secure answers are a common reason for your bank not honoring your payment. If you are unsure of your settings or if your payment continues to be rejected, please contact your bank for assistance.
