I can’t seem to finish my order. Why?

This issue can be caused by several factors. First, check if you have received an email from us regarding the payment status of your order, which can take up to 30 minutes after you seem to have completed your order.

Sometimes, problems completing the booking process are due to an issue with your browser. Often, this is because your web browser needs to be updated, particularly if you are using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.
