The venue won’t let me in and says my tickets are not valid. What can I do?

Ticket Compass only sells official tickets, so you can rest assured that your tickets are valid.

If you are refused entry, please double-check the instructions on your confirmation email and voucher – sometimes there are specific instructions that customers need to follow to obtain their tickets before arriving at the venue entrance.

Occasionally, customers book the wrong date or time by accident, which can lead to being refused entry. Please ensure this is not the case for you. If you still encounter issues, contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
